Colon Hydrotherapist in the house!! Of course this means poops, colons, butt stuff, and all the taboo topics are fair game! It’s a well known not-so-secret secret that it’s one of my favorite things to talk about. You can learn sooo much about a person by discussing what they see in the bottom of the bowl!
I’m so excited to be part of the movement of normalizing poo talk and getting to the bottom (hahaha bottom) of peoples’ poo probs.
There are so many people on the internet talking about makeup and skincare and the latest fashion trend (and there is a place for everyone of them!), but there aren’t a whole lot of us willing to talk about peoples’ backdoors. I could not be happier to be one of them!!
I’m happy to be changing the narrative that POOPING IS AWESOME and THE MORE YOU POO THE BETTER YOU FEEL so hop on the poo train if you want to HEAL!!!!
Things I Do To Maintain Healthy Poops
Drink 64oz water every single day non-negotiable
Lemon in my morning cocktail of greens mixed powder, water dissolvable CBD, and mucosal support
Eat enough fiber in the form of vegetables, fruit, flax seeds, and chia seeds
Eat enough cruciferous veggies to help eliminate excess estrogen (which is gets eliminated in your stool) like broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, and cauliflower
Eliminate gluten (grains are sticky and muck up the colon)
Psyllium husk during my luteal phase (progesterone makes me constipated)
Supporting my endocannabinoid system
Digestive enzymes
HCL
Colonics
Coffee enemas
Optimizing my liver health
Salt flushes
Castor oil packs
Abdominal massage
Yoga stretches that target the colon
Spore-based probiotics like this one
None of these tips are ground-breaking or tremendously difficult, which means YOU can start implementing these today!
Check out these other blog posts I wrote about poop! Here and here.
I want to hear from you! How are your poops?
Do you go at least one to two times every day?
Do you go less than that?
What areas are you struggling with?
Are you already doing some of these things?
How has implementing these tips impacted your poops?
(This is not medical advice.)
Happy Pooping!
